Shift Details

• Night Shift:

  • 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

  • OR 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

• Shift timings may vary as per client requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience:

  • Freshers with good English communication welcome

  • Up to 3 years of experience in voice-based roles preferred

• Skills:

  • Good spoken English

  • Comfortable with computer-based tasks (basic Windows operations, navigating tools)

  • Willingness to work night shifts

  • Quick learners with customer support mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to insurance companies in the US to follow up on Accounts Receivables

• Analyze and resolve insurance claim issues

• Provide responses via phone or email as per US healthcare standards

• Document findings and maintain quality and process compliance

• Learn and apply healthcare/BPO rules
