Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (except BCA & BSc Computer Science)
Experience:
1–2 years in UK/US Banking domain
Experience in Fraud Investigation / Online & Deposit Fraud Detection
Tools/Knowledge Preferred:
LexisNexis, NICE Actimize
MS Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Job Responsibilities
Handle KYC/AML/Fraud investigation tasks per process KPIs & SLAs
Use banking tools for fraud detection and investigation
Deliver training, reporting, and performance tracking
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance
Customer-focused issue resolution
