Job Role Summary
As a Phones Officer, you will:
Handle inbound customer queries
Provide first-time resolution for customer issues
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as loans, elite accounts, etc.
Follow banking guidelines and service SOPs
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate (minimum); Postgraduates can also apply
Experience: Freshers or up to 5 years in a voice process or banking/customer support role
Communication: Excellent fluency in English (mandatory)
Work Mode: Work from office only (Vile Parle, Mumbai)
Shifts: Rotational 24×7 (No night shift for female employees)
Weekly Offs: Two rotational week offs
Cab Facility: Not provided
