Senior Executive/Executive – Technology Transfer (OSD)
Qualification: B Pharm/ M Pharm
Experience: 8 – 12 years of relevant experience
Role & responsibilities
- To evaluate the product feasibility at manufacturing site along with gap analysis with available technology for site readiness.
- To carry out risk assessment to identify the impact of critical process parameters, critical material attributes and critical quality attributes
- Preparation of scale up report, process performance qualification protocol & report, Hold time protocol and report for submission batches.
- On site, documentation and timely execution of Scale up, Exhibit and Validation batches for different regulated markets.
- To plan and initiate the process optimization trails and troubleshooting during to develop robust process for existing commercials.
- To co-ordinate with other departments at plant in completing activities related to Scale up, Exhibit batches, Pre-validation and Validation batches.
- To Identify possible areas of process improvement at manufacturing site and driving the project to implement that improvements.
- To take part in responding process related queries received from regulatory agency.
Creation, modification and revision of recipe in manufacturing equipments.
