Injectables Engineering & Maintenance
Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma (Mechanical & Instrumentation) (Minimum 60%)
Skills:
- Process are maintenance – Manufacturing equipment’s Filling machine, Lyo, autoclave and isolator
- Onco OSD – FBD.FBE, RMG, Compression and capsule machine maintenance.
- SME – should ne instrumentation engineering has expertise in handling of Lyo, Isolator and Filling Machine
- HVAC & Water System : expertise in handling injectables HVAC and water system including WFI generation
Quality Control
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Qualification: M.SC (Minimum 60%)
Skills: Expertise on the chromatography (HPLC/UPLC/GC/IC) and Dissolution analysis. Should able to handle RM/PM and FP analysis.
Injectable Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma Engineering (Minimum 60%)
Skills: Expertise in Handling Filling Operations of PFS, Liquid Vial/Compounding/Aseptic. Exposure to Isolaters, Vialwash, Tunne/ Lyophlizer, Autoclave.
Onco OSD
Experience: 4 – 7 Years.
Qualification: Diploma Engineering (Minimum 60%)
Skills: Responsible for execution of activities like Dispensing, Granulation, Coating, Imprinting and Inspection by manually or MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
