Job Role:
- Interact with insurance payers to resolve claims (denial or non-denial) effectively.
- Identify process improvements, track issues, and escalate unresolved concerns.
- Ensure compliance with standard workflow documentation like SOPs, trackers, and logs.
- Provide logical solutions to complex patient account issues.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve error-free account resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (graduates/undergraduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Passion for learning and adaptability to new processes.
