- Education: M. Pharm (Ceutics)
- Experience: 1-10 years in formulation development, preferably in oncology
- Skills: Basic knowledge of formulation techniques and solid oral dosage forms. Understanding of regulatory requirements for oncology products.

Job description
- Assist in the design and development of solid oral formulations (tablets, capsules, etc.) for oncology products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, compatibility assessments, and prototype development
Support the scale-up and optimization of manufacturing processes for oncology formulations. - Participate in technology transfer activities from R&D to production.
- Perform experiments related to drug release, stability, and solubility enhancement (e.g. Hot-melt extrusion, spray drying).
- Operate and maintain equipment like tablet presses, fluid bed dryers, and dissolution testers.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data and prepare reports.
- Assist in compiling regulatory documentation for submission to health authorities.
- Ensure formulations comply with ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support quality control and assurance activities, including stability studies.
