Job Location: Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
DEPARTMENT: Microbiology
CRITERIA: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology & Biotechnology) with 2 to 6 years of experience.
Skill – Area of Exposure (Ophthalmic):

Handling the particulate method test by Microscopic & LBPC method.
BET test & Bet method validation.
Experience on Handling experience on LIMS.
Experience on QAMS documents such as CCP, CCT, Deviations, CAPA
New Equipment qualification, calibration and validation activity.
Experience on Microbiology laboratory OOS handling
Experience on culture identification system Vitek 2 compact

 
DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance
CRITERIA: B.Pharma with 2 to 6 years of experience
Skill – Area of Exposure (Formulation OSD):

To certify the Area/line clearance prior to the start of activity in Manufacturing activity.
Batch to batch audit trail review. Involvement in Process validation and IPQA activities in manufacturing (OSD) and packaging areas.
Sampling of validation and hold time study batches as per validation and hold time study plan and in process sample as per BMR.
Perform calibration of IPQA instrument. Review of BMR. Involvement in investigating deviation.

 
DEPARTMENT: Quality Control
CRITERIA: B.Pharm / M.Sc with 2 to 6 years of experience
Skill – Area of Exposure (Nasal & Derma):

Knowledge of HPLC/GC and others routine instruments of QC.
Expertise of pharmaceutical quality system. (QAMS).
Analysis of Nasal & derma formulation. In-process/FP/SS. Working as QC analyst.
Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument software 21 CFR.
