Job Description:

• Analytical Techniques: HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments analysis and reviewing
• Method Validation: Knowledge of key concepts in method validation, including accuracy and precision.
• Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excel: Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards gaining new skills and staying updated on industry trends.
• Document Preparation: Preparing documents such as Incident, OOS, Protocol, SOP, and Investigation reports.
• Method Validation Protocols: preparation method validation protocols, raw data, and reports following USP 1225 guidelines for Validation of Compendial Methods, ICH-Q2 (R1) guidelines for validation of analytical procedures, ANVISA, ORA-LAB, SOP, and methods of analysis.
• Data Review for Method Validation: analysis and Reviewing and checking method validation data in accordance with USP 1225, ICH-Q2 (R1), ANVISA, ORA-LAB, SOP, and analytical methods.
• Method Verification Protocols: Preparing method verification protocols, raw data, and reports in line with pharmacopoeia monographs.
• Data Review for Method Verification: Reviewing method verification data as per monographs, protocols, USP 1225, ICH-Q2 (R1), ANVISA, ORA-LAB, SOP, and analytical methods.
• Audit Trail and Data Retrieval: Conducting monthly reviews of audit trails and data retrieval related to CDs and non-CD systems.
• Method Processing Review: Reviewing processing methods and signing off chromatogram results after they are generated by analysts.
• SOP Review: Preparing, reviewing, and checking SOPs and related forms within the Method Validation cell.
• Change Controls: Raising and closing change controls.
  Investigations and Deviations: Initiating investigations for invalid results, incidents, and deviations.
• Instrument Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting analytical instruments as needed.
• Data Integrity and Monitoring: Checking data integrity and performing online monitoring of laboratory activities.
