1) Position: Process Safety – Executive
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience: 7 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of HAZOP, HIRA, and HPR documentation
Conducting powder safety and thermal studies for new projects
Contributing to process safety management programs
2) Position: Fire Safety – Officer
Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical) / B.Sc / M.Sc or Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Handling work permit systems and on-site safety operations
Monitoring fire hydrants, foam systems, and fire alarm systems
Maintenance and inspection of modular fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment.

3) Maintenance Engineer:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 8-10 years (API Pharma industry mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules and history.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
4) Utility Engineer:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 8-10 years (API Pharma industry mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate & maintain plant utility systems — HVAC, compressed air, boilers, chillers, purified water systems, ETP, etc.
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted production support with optimal utility performance.
Maintain documentation, regulatory compliance, and GMP standards.
Implement energy-saving and plant efficiency initiatives.
4) Instrumentation Engineer:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience:10-12 years (API Pharma industry mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operation, calibration & maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in process instruments and control systems.
Ensure timely calibration and documentation as per regulatory standards.
Support engineering projects with instrumentation specifications.
Maintain GMP, safety, and audit readiness for instrumentation activities.
