Key Responsibilities

Process and resolve payment and denial claims (Adjudication)

Handle authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims

Apply knowledge of U.S. healthcare insurance terms (e.g., deductible, co-pay, OOP max, etc.)

Maintain high accuracy and meet client SLAs

Manage tasks independently and prioritize efficiently

Stay up-to-date with insurance processes and team functions

Resolve complex cases following established guidelines

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in claims adjudication

Familiarity with Facets is a plus

Exposure to HCFA and UB claims (optional)

Good communication (reading/writing skills)

Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently

Educational Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate

Shift Details

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Must be flexible for client-driven schedule changes

Overtime/weekend work may be required as per business needs
