Role – Technician
Candidate should be ITI with 3 to 8 years of experience in API manufacturing facility
Job Description:
Fitter
- Knowledge of equipment’s like Reactor, FBD, ANFD, compressor, VTD & Peptide plant equipment’s.
- Knowledge of Installing and setting up mechanical systems, such as pumps, mechanical seal, reactors, centrifuge.
Electrician
- Knowledge of distribution transformer, LT panel, HT panel, APFC panel and DG set.
- Experience of maintenance of API pharmaceuticals equipment’s like Glass lined Reactor, Stainless Steel Reactor, Fluid Bed Dryer, Vacuum tray Dryers, Rotacone Vacuum Dryers, and Basket Centrifuge etc.
- Experience of maintenance of utility equipment’s like, Brine Chillers, Chilling Compressor, Screw Type Air Compressors, Air handling Units, Coal Fired Boiler, LDO Fired Boiler etc.
Instrument Technician
- Experience of functioning of pressure, thermal, flow, level, conductivity, rotameter, pH measuring instruments.
- Experience of safety devices like safety valves, oxygen detectors, hydrogen detectors.
- Experience of PLC/SCADA system and able to identify and rectify PLC/SCADA system regarding faults.
Plant operators – DM water (Water for Injection/Pure System Generation)
- Knowledge of Start-up, shut down, and regulate Water systems.
- Knowledge related monitor and adjust system parameters to maintain water quality within specified limits.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with chemical substances and equipment.
- Knowledge of compliance with relevant regulations and environmental standards.
Utility operators
- Knowledge about Monitor and operating utility systems, Like Chilling Plant, Brine Plant, Cooling Tower, Hot Water System, Nitrogen Plant and Air Compressor.
- Knowledge about regularly check and record utility system parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and energy consumption, to identify trends and deviations, and take appropriate actions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines while operating utility systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
