Officer/ Sr. Officer – Production
Experience: 3 – 5 yrs. of relevant experience
Qualification: Diploma (Chemical)/ B.Sc./ M.Sc.
Required Skills:
- Ensure SOPS, CGMP Practices, Safety Guidelines and Monthly Production with Quality & Yield maintaining Zero Accidents.
- Batch production Record Issuance & Production Planning.
- Maintain Training Records, Training Planner and Overall Product Quality Review; Prepare & update sops, BPRs, CCP.
- Investigate Deviation, OOS, OOT, Market Complaint & prepare
Compliance Report. - Work in Shifts. (Distillation/ Layer Separation, Solvent Handling, SRP/Hydrogenation/ Micronization/ DCS Automation)
Associate – Production
Experience: 1 – 3 yrs. of relevant experience
Qualification:
Required Skills:
- Batch Charging as Per SOP & BPR.
- Layer Separation / Loading & unloading of centrifuge/ Dryer as per BPR.
- In-Process Sampling and Drying.
- Cleaning of Equipment and Manufacturing Area.
- Online Recording of BPR, Logbook, Temperature and Relative Humidity Record; Maintain Documents.
- Document Issuance with DCS.
- Work in Shifts.
- Intermediate and Finished product area Operation.
Officer/ Sr. Officer – Quality Control (Micro)
Experience: 3 – 5 yrs. of relevant experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Microbiology)
Request Skills:
Microbial Analysis of Water Samples and Environmental Monitoring.
Officer/ Sr. Officer – Quality Control
Experience: 3 – 6 yrs. of relevant experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Request Skills:
- Handle Operations of – HPLC/ Gas Chromatography/ Polarimeter, Melting Point Apparatus, UV Spectrometer/ FTIR Spectrometer & LOD
- Chromatographic Analysis of RM, PM & FG.
- Handle LIMS Activities.
