1. Front Office Executive (Receptionist) – Female for Corporate Office

Qualification: Any Degree (BSc /B. Com/ BA)
Experience: 0 to 1year
Note: Fresher Candidate who have recently passed out their Degree Can be considered for Trainee Position.

Skills: –

Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls, Guest /Visitors Management, Inward out ward registers and Courier Management, Front Office Administration and Co-ordination with HR and Other Departments in Corporate Office.
Should be proficient in EXCEL, WORD
Should have Good communication skills in Telugu, English & Hindi

 
2. Department: Purchase Executive – Male

Qualification: UG/PG/MBA Any Graduation
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Skills: –

A Strong individual able to handle day to day Purchase activities like Engineering Material / Lab chemical/Raw material & Packing material procurement the Pharma Industry.
Proficiency in sourcing, vendor selection, vendor management, and material management. Experience in the purchase of Raw Materials (RMs), Packing Materials (PMs), Consumables, Lab chemicals, and other items. Skilled in effective forecasting, execution, and computer skills.
Able to manage the entire procurement and purchases independently and should have well experience in procuring / purchasing of Raw materials including Formulations, Lab chemicals etc., Also should able to procure / purchase material like Engineering, electrical, Civil etc.,
Preparation of Purchase order documentation.
Comparing rates of various vendors for best price, Negotiation.
Good Co-ordination for on-time procurement of material.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
All works related to purchase department, outside material purchasing.
