Production- OSD

Ø Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant

ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating following machines:

· Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor.

· Compression machines (Fette, Korsch).

· Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson).

· Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG).

· Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish).

· Imprinting, Visual Inspection.

· Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Ø Trainee (Machine Operator)

Candidates should hold a diploma and have graduated in the years 2023/ 2022 / 2021. Candidate received first class will be preferred.

· Handling of product & process, Operation, cleaning, documentation, equipment & area maintenance.

· Responsible for operating and cleaning equipment.

· Setting the critical process parameters.

· Checking and filling sequential logbook, checklist, temperature and RH record.

· Label affix of product details on the container.

· Ensuring machine maintenance.

For all the positions, candidate having exposure in pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be added advantage.
