Job Responsibilities:

Investigate medical devices and handle complaints

Analyze issues and ensure device compliance

Maintain documentation for device incidents

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of medical devices

Willingness to work in a fixed night shift

Ideal Candidate:

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Background in pharma, medical devices, biomedical, or clinical tech

Fast learner with attention to detail

Comfortable with night shift work
