Role & responsibilities
1. Supporting department head in data compilation/audit facing/ audit compliance. Preparation of validation protocols/ collection of raw data and preparation of final reports.
2. To prepare validation master plan.
3. Preparation of yearly validation schedule.
4. Co-ordination with Production/QC/Engineering department for execution of validation and other activity.
5. To maintain the record of stability.
6. Preparation / Review of Master Formula records.
7. Prepare Calibration master plan.
8. To prepare Annual Product Review / Trend Analysis Report on monthly / yearly as per requirement.
9. On the receipt of market complaint/ Deviation, entry in the market complaint/ Deviation log book, Issue of Market Complaint Report and get back the filled report from concern department and inform to QA Head & Filling of Final reply with original Deviation and Market complaint report.
10. Co-ordinate for implementation of New MRP/Batch No. system and inform to all i.e. (Packing department/ IPQA packing).
11. Dossier Compilation.
12. Party correspondence & co ordination, Monthly MIS, yield statement, Investigation reports.
13. Co ordinate with Q.A. Executive shop floor in day to day activity.
14. To Prepare and monitor the MFR/ BMR/BPR of release / part release product and get approval of dept. Head.
15. Assist seniors in-day-to-day activities.
