We are hiring following vacancies in Engineering department

1. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (Civil / Instrumentation / EC /AutoCAD Engineer / Process Engineer)
2. Engineering – Operator (ITI / Diploma-instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical
   / Electronics)
3. Engineering – Fix Term Employee (ITI / Diploma-Electrical / Fitter / Mechanical/ RAC)
4. Apprentices – Fresher (B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma)

Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (Civil / Instrumentation / EC /AutoCAD Engineer / Process Engineer)

Candidates should have Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech. with 2-8 years of hands-on experience in relevant field, preferably pharma background.

Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
AutoCAD Engineer

• Preparing / updating AutoCAD layouts
• Coordinating with CFT for layout updation and implementation with appropriate QMS
• Should have experience in HVAC system AutoCAD

Civil Engineer

• Coordinating & executing civil maintenance / project / modification activities like -wall braking, construction, painting.
• Coordinating & executing BOQ preparation, PR, PO, invoice processing work for civil activities.
• Coordinating & executing QMS, if any for civil works.
• Coordinating and executing facility maintenance.
• Should have knowledge of design verification.
• Any other civil work (related to epoxy, building maintenance, plumbing drainage etc.)

Officer / Executive (Instrumentation)

• Should have hands on experience in PLC, field instruments and sensors.
• Should have knowledge of EMS and BMS systems. Handling breakdown and troubleshooting exposure related to instrumentation and automation.
• Should have hands-on experience in automation of pharma process equipment and knowledge of calibration of various pharma process and utility sensors and instruments. They should be familiar with cGMP requirements.

Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive — Process Engineer (B. E. — Mechanical)

• Should have good knowledge & experience in maintenance of process
  equipment’s like autoclave, vacuum pump, bio safety cabinet, pass boxes, deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps, AHUs etc.
• Should have good knowledge of QMS elements like deviation, change control, CAPA, investigation etc.
• Should have good knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.
• Should have good knowledge of Track wise system.
• Coordinating and executing maintenance works of process equipment’s with CFT.
• Preparing & tracking plant budget.
• Preparing CAPEX proposals and should have knowledge of design verification.
• Coordinating & executing BOQ preparation, PR, PO, invoice processing.

Sr. Executive – Mechanical Engineer QMS (B. E. – Mechanical)

• Coordinating for engineering QMS compliance
• Should have knowledge of QMS elements like Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation etc.
• Should have knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.
• Should have knowledge of Track-wise system
• Coordinating with CFT for QMS compliance
• Coordinating with team and CFT for training related compliance

Engineering – Operator (ITI / Diploma-instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical
/ Electronics)

Plant Operator (Instrumentation)

• Candidates should have 1-5 years of hands-on experience inPLC, field
• Instruments and sensors. Handing breakdown and Troubleshooting exposure related to Instrumentation and Automation.
• Candidates should have hands on experience in automation of pharma process equipment.
• They should have knowledge of calibration of various pharma process and
• Utility sensors and instruments and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.

Plant Operator — (Water System)

• Candidates should have knowledge of operation and maintenance of RO water system, purified water system, WFI system, pure steam system, dosing system etc.
• They should be ready for working in shifts.
• Should have knowledge of SOPS, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Engineering Practices etc

Plant Operator — (Process Maintenance)

• Coordinating & executing process equipments maintenance work (Autoclave, vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps etc.)

Engineering – Fix Term Employee (ITI / Diploma-Electrical / Fitter / Mechanical/ RAC)

Engineering-FTE- Utility (Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering)

• Coordinating & executing clean utility (Raw water, RO water, PW, WFI, Pure Steam etc.) and Black Utility (Chillers, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Pumps,
• Kill System etc.) operation and maintenance
• Coordinating with CFT for utility related activities
• Coordinating shift operations with operators

Engineering-FTE- HVAC (Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering)

• Coordinating & executing HVAC system (AHUs, VIJs, BMS / EMS) operation & maintenance
• Coordinating with CFT for HVAC related activities
• Coordinating shift operations with operators
• Candidates should be ready for working in shifts

Apprentices – Fresher (B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma)

• Candidates should have knowledge of transformer, DG etc.
• Should have knowledge of motors, its control & protection system
• Should have knowledge of GA drawing, P & I diagram.
• Should have knowledge / reading of AutoCAD drawing
• Should have knowledge of equipment’s like pumps, piping etc.
• Should have knowledge of using measuring tools like Vernier calliper etc.
